You, our future full-time Customer Support Coordinator, will be a key member of the Tech Support team working from our Waunakee, Wisconsin facility. You’ll be the first person our customers will encounter via phone, email or social media when they request technical assistance. Leveraging your pleasant, professional demeanor you will set customer expectations for their delightful experience with a technician.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing a positive, energetic initial interaction with customers by answering phones promptly and professionally.
  • Creating support tickets in our CRM system, delegating tickets to technicians who can best resolve the issue.
  • Registering students in our training courses, tracking payments, creating certificates and other administrative activities.
  • Scheduling technician phone coverage, machine demonstrations, and presales support activities.
  • Processing warranty return items, including financial tracking, material returns or proper disposal.
  • Assisting with product quality reviews, sharing customer experiences you encounter.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support roles

  • A professional catalyst in an office environment
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Customer Resource Management programs
