Vacuum Workholding Solutions from Tormach

Vacuum workholding systems are excellent choices for holding flat parts for light milling and engraving applications. Tormach offers both a traditional vacuum grid table and a modular vacuum chuck system. The modular chuck is designed as an affordable solution with customizable distribution plates and is meant to be held in a vice.

The Vacuum Pump Kit (PN 31186) and an optional Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filter (PN 31149) for the kit are sold separately. The Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filter is recommended for applications where a high quality vacuum cannot be achieved. The exhaust filter will prevent oil mist discharge to the atmosphere that can occur more readily in this situation.
