About the PCNC 770 Stand

The PCNC 770 stand is a welded steel base designed to support the weight of the PCNC 770 without compromising portability – a pallet jack can be easily positioned underneath the base when the mill needs to be moved. Includes generous left and right side chip trays with leak resistant drip channeling, leveling feet, and storage compartments for both tools and control computer. Coolant Kit for PCNC 770

This flood coolant kit is highly recommended for general metal cutting. The kit includes a coolant reservoir tank, pump, hose, and necessary fittings and mounting brackets. It also includes a backsplash surround and chip guard. Shown with the PCNC 770 mill and stand (not included) There is an additional truck freight charge for this item. Table Guard for PCNC 770

The chip guard is highly recommended if you plan to use your PCNC 770 for dry cutting only. This item is included in the coolant kit.

About the Machine Arm

The machine arm can be mounted directly to either side of the machine column. It features a rigid machined cast iron support bracket with two sturdy steel extension arms and a center pivoting hinge. It is fully adjustable and easy to install. Any LCD with a standard VESA 75 mm or 100 mm mount can be attached with the included hardware kit.

Every PCNC machine comes with the column drilled and tapped to fit our cast iron bracket. The supporting arms are machined to allow for routing of the cables inside the arms. Please note, LCD displays and keyboards will require appropriate extension cables when used with the Machine Arm

About the Machine Arm Tool Tray

The Tool Tray is typically mounted on a Machine Arm (sold separately) and can hold up to 20 tools. The laser-etched aluminum tray features a handsome black anodized finish with numbered tool slots.
