Companion Spindles

Companion spindles are affordable options to achieve high spindle speed for specialty machining operations.  We offer a high quality variable speed die grinder that is appropriate for fine milling and engraving applications benefitting from increased RPMs.  Companion spindles should not be used with coolant.

The Kress 800 FME is a premium quality german die grinder with and 800W motor with variable speed from 10000-29000RPM.  It includes 1/8" and 1/4" steel collets.  Additional collet sizes are also available.

The universal spindle arm can also be used as a platform to mount any number of custom accessories, such as a router, laminate trimmer, or any other device where you might want to leverage CNC motion.
