Tormach Owner Stories: SDM Fabricating Custom Pistols

Pis­tol­smith, tal­ented crafts­man, and Tor­mach PCNC 1100 owner Scott Mulk­erin of SDM Fab­ri­cat­ing (Med­ina, OH) makes –among many, many other things — cus­tomized 1911 and Smith & Wes­son pis­tols for com­pe­ti­tion shoot­ers.

Among his hon­ors, Scott was named Pis­tol­smith of the Year in 2011 by the Amer­i­can Pis­tol­smiths Guild-the top recog­ni­tion award in his craft.  He was also part of a con­sor­tium of pis­tol­smiths that pre­sented the GWB-USA-1 pis­tol to a very spe­cial VIP.  You’ll have to watch the video to find out who that was…

    I had no idea there was a pis­tol­smith guild. That’s incred­i­ble! I was actaully jok­ing, but this makes it even better.
