The Deluxe Machine Stand has been
designed to maximize efficiency
of your PCNC 1100. Chips and coolant
stay contained with its generous
tray depth, back and side guarding.
The table mounted guard shields
in the forward direction, while
the integrated coolant system keeps
you running at maximum speeds and
feeds. Stands are shipped via truck
freight. Shown with the PCNC 1100
mill (not included).

Deluxe CNC Stand Details
The machine stand is shipped in two crates. One crate is the base and the other crate has the various sheet metal parts that form the tray.
This
construction saves considerably
in shipping cost while also making
it easier to put the machine on
the stand. You put the machine on
the base first, then bolt the tray
pieces onto the base. This is much
easier than having to lower the
machine into the tray. It does,
however, require you to use some
sealant when mounting the tray pieces.
This photo to the upper left shows the lower left side of the base. This is the door where the coolant system is kept. The flash reflections show some imperfections in the sheet metal. It's a sturdy stand and a great value, but don't expect the fit and finish you find on a BMW.
Now, in the image to the right, we can see the coolant system. The silver horizontal handle is a pull out chip collection drawer. The big blue hose drains down to the tank. The pump is on the left of the tank, with a shielded hose running up to the machine action. The tank and tray are steel. The pump is 115 VAC.
Now
we jump over to the right side,
as seen in the left lower photo
below. This cabinet is intended
for the control computer, but you
can put anything you want into it.
Notice the ribs under the wings
of the tray.The machine feet come with extra long studs. If you adjust them out far enough you can easily move the machine with a pallet jack.
This makes it easy to use the machine for secondary operations, just park it next to whatever VMC needs finishing ops on the part you are running.
In the image to the bottom right, you can see inside the front storage cabinet. Look closely and you can see some interior shelves.
Please
do not forget, the stand package
includes the base, coolant pump,
coolant tank, coolant hose, and
the table mounted guard. It does
NOT include the LCD & Keyboard mounting
arm. We highly recommend the LCD and keyboard arm. Approximate weight of the stand package is 500 lbs. It comes in two crates.
