PCNC 1100 Power Drawbar (31706)The Power Drawbar integrates with your PCNC 1100 for lightning-fast manual tool changes with the push of a button and eliminates the need to hand-tighten your drawbar. To change tools, a pneumatic multi-stack cylinder is actuated to depress the drawbar, releasing clamping pressure and opening the collet. When the cylinder is released, the drawbar tightens and the tool is held firmly in place. The power drawbar is designed for use with the Tormach Tooling SystemŽ (TTS), but easily pivots away to allow manual tightening of the drawbar if necessary for conventional R8 tooling.The Power Drawbar kit includes pneumatic cylinder assembly stack, drawbar, electronic control circuitry, push-button pendant, and all necessary pneumatic tubing and electronic wiring. Requires 90 psi air supply (not included). |
