The PCNC 1100 Series 3 is the latest generation of our best-selling PCNC mill. For Series 3 we’ve completely re-engineered the mills motion system with high performance polyphase motors and state-of-the-art microstepping drivers from Leadshine® to provide increased torque, faster speeds, and ultra-quiet performance. Other new features feature for Series 3 include:
- Redesigned Operator Console: Based on customer feedback, we’ve reorganized the buttons into functional groupings for better work flow and utility
- New paint formulation: All Series 3 mills are painted with a long lasting 2 part Acrylic Alkyd-Amino Resin system that adheres tightly and is resistant to most cutting fluids and oils.
- Cast Iron Tool Tray: A popular feature that first appeared on the PCNC 770 is now standard on all Series 3 mills and is a convenient place to set down wrenches, clamps, or other hand tools.
