About Vises from Tormach

A good vise is fundamental for precision machining. 5" vises are the perfect size for the PCNC mills – a 6" vise is just too big, and a 4" vise leaves too much unused space on the table. We offer both a traditionally-styled 5" machinist's vise as well as a modern 5" CNC Vise. Both are compatible with the 5" Tormach modular jaw system, making either the foundation piece for a versatile and expandable workholding platform.
