The easiest way to lift the machine is by using Tormach's lifting bar (PN 30576)
Position the table as noted in the lifting bar manual
See section 2 in the PCNC 1100 manual for ways to move the table position
Make sure the chain attach points are tight
Attach the Y-axis to the PCNC 1100 before you attempt to lift it
Use the engine hoist to slowly raise the PCNC 1100 off of the pallet
 

Make sure the machine is balanced to both the left and right, then lift it up off of the pallet
Once the PCNC 1100 has cleared the pallet, you can discard the pallet
Use a pallet jack to move the stand into place, if it is not in place already
Slowly move the PCNC 1100 towards the stand and position into place
Line-up the stand to the PCNC 1100 and slowly lower it into place
You may need to use a crow bar to fine tune the position of the machine
 

Bolt the PCNC 1100 to the stand before you move both with a pallet jack
