Use a pallet jack to move the boxed PCNC 1100

Move the PCNC 1100 into the room you are going to use it in

Use caution when opening the box and cutting the wire straps

You will need a crowbar and hammer to take apart the PCNC 1100 box

Begin opening the PCNC 1100 box by removing the box lid

Since the box is very large, you may want someone to help you open the box

Use a hammer to bend down the nails of the box pieces

Once the top is removed, you can take down the walls of the box

You may want to save a box piece to set your tools on

The box pieces are also useful for protecting your floor when cutting the pallet in a later step

Remove the plastic and inspect the PCNC 1100

Slide one of the box pieces under the pallet

Detach the Y-axis motor from the pallet and slide it close to the PCNC 1100

Use a reciprocating saw or similar type saw to cut down the pallet

You need to cut the pallet as close as possible to the PCNC 1100 without cutting machine parts

This will allow the engine hoist to fit in close to the machine

Remove the small box from the pallet and discard the cut piece

In the small box you will find the certificate of inspection, keys and a few installation tools

Repeat the cutting process of the other side of the pallet

Again, use caution when cutting the pallet

Once the pallet has been cut down to the desired width, remove the bolts holding the machine to the pallet

Use a engine hoist to lift the PCNC 1100 off of the pallet

You may have to trim the pallet down even more to fit the engine hoist in place
